Messages
What the Messages page is for
Section titled “What the Messages page is for”Use Messages to monitor active conversation work and scheduled sends.
The page is organized around:
- scheduled deliveries
- message threads
- thread detail and reply workflows
Scheduled deliveries
Section titled “Scheduled deliveries”The scheduled delivery area shows:
- individual scheduled sends and replies
- batch deliveries
- current delivery status
- recipient counts and delivery rollups
Open a delivery to inspect or edit it when the send is still scheduled and editable.
Threads
Section titled “Threads”The thread list gives you a lightweight inbox view:
- subject
- contact
- sender
- last activity
- tracked opens
Open a thread to move into the full detail view.
Thread detail
Section titled “Thread detail”The thread detail page shows:
- thread summary
- conversation history
- delivery and open status
- assigned message patterns per message
Use this page when you need the full context before replying.
Reply flow
Section titled “Reply flow”From the thread detail page you can:
- choose the sender account
- apply a message pattern
- add Cc and Bcc recipients
- add attachments
- send now or schedule the reply
Message patterns
Section titled “Message patterns”Message patterns are semantic labels for recurring outreach styles. They do not rewrite the message body. Use them to classify messages consistently across direct sends, replies, and batches.
