Contacts
What the Contacts page is for
Section titled “What the Contacts page is for”Use Contacts to manage individual people attached to your businesses.
The main workflows are:
- search and filter contacts
- add a new contact
- select contacts for batch outreach
- open a contact detail page
Search and filter
Section titled “Search and filter”Use the search box to find contacts by:
- name
- business
Use the status filter to narrow the list by outreach state.
Add a contact
Section titled “Add a contact”Use Add contact when you want to create a contact manually.
You can either:
- attach the contact to an existing business, or
- enter a new business name while creating the contact
Batch outreach
Section titled “Batch outreach”When you select contacts, you can queue a batch send from the Contacts page.
Typical uses:
- first-touch campaigns
- controlled follow-up runs
- segmented outreach to a hand-picked set of contacts
The batch flow supports:
- sender selection
- message patterns
- Cc and Bcc recipients
- send now or schedule later
Contact detail page
Section titled “Contact detail page”Open a contact to:
- edit the record
- review recent messages
- send a direct email
- schedule a message for later
If the contact has delivery issues or bounce history, Waldo surfaces that status before you send again.
